GambitCoach is a one-person project, built and run by a single developer in their spare time. There is no support team. Most things you might need can be done yourself in seconds, so please check the self-service options below first.

Do it yourself (fastest)

Delete your account and all your data - any time, from Account → Delete my account inside the app. This is immediate and permanent; you do not need to email anyone.
Export your games - your games are downloadable as PGN from inside the app.
How the app works, what data we hold - see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; they answer most questions.

Still need to reach a human?

Email support@gambitcoach.com. The same inbox also receives privacy / data-protection requests (privacy@gambitcoach.com) and security disclosures (security@gambitcoach.com), so you can use whichever address fits.

Response time

This is a solo side-project, so replies can take a while. I read every message, but please do not expect same-day support. There is no phone support or live chat. Verified data-protection requests are always answered within the statutory one-month period (GDPR Art. 12(3)). Including details (what you were doing, your browser, any error message) helps me help you faster.
